If you just have an idea that you want help in getting it from paper into a format that can be used for manufacture. Or if you already have a design, then we can use our experience to make it into a manufacturable product at an economical price and fast delivery. We like small parts and very large parts. 

If you already have a design that you want to make sure can be molded, our software will verify the moldability with the selected resin of your choice. We use our moldflow software on all of our DFM studies to verify our suggested design tweaks. 

FEA Software is used to study the part and account for bolt-loading, physical loads such as pressure, forces, moments. The results of the study can show displacement and stress and or strain. We can predict the performance of your part.

Our success and failures in building plastic printed injection molds has guided our mold design guidelines to make sure these simple economical molds can withstand the pressure and temperature of molding. This process is limited to low quantity and only select low temperature resins. Aluminum construction is used for higher quantity or if intricate tighter tolerance is required.  Handloads for side actions, or simple cams are incorporated.

Our partners in Low Volume, Bridge tooling or high volume molds are all over the world, we select them depending on what our customers are looking for.  We can even help you find a molder to produce the parts. 

We have partners that help us produce FDM, SLA, Sintered printed parts in all types of plastics, or metal. No problem if you want to use your own vendor of choice, we will make sure your part is designed to the parameters needed.
